An award winning visual artist in Madison

His most recent project was the creation of the State Street Coloring Book.   Haynes has been an active artist since the 1980’s   His work has explored a wide range of media including ceramics, watercolor, stained glass, video and printmaking.

He has been an active member of the professional arts community including an extended stint as editor of a Wisconsin arts magazine for the professional organization, Wisconsin Visual Artists incorporated. He studied art and later acquired a degree in art education from the University of Minnesota. Read more stories about Haynes.
